If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them,within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you opted for FREE SHIPPING keep in mind shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return.

Please contact us at support@visionspecialists.org to let us know about the return and you will be issued a RMA #. The item must be in brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.

Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation.
We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.

Sometimes its hard to shop on the internet for items. We want to you rest assure that exchanging items that you are not happy with is easy at VisionSpecialists.com. Simply send back the item within 14 days with a short note indicating which item you want to replace with and we will happily make all the neccessary arrangements. What are Polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses are used in sunglasses to reduce glare from reflective surfaces such as the surface of water or the hood of a car. They accomplish this through a process called polarization, much like a venetian blind controls sunlight through a window. Sunlight itself is not polarized - light from the sun will either be absorbed or reflected horizontally, diagonally or vertically. The problem this causes lies in the horizontal reflectivity. Sunlight bouncing off a horizontal surface will strike the viewer's eyes at a similar angle. This means the glare from the surface of the water or the road or the car hood will be B. Polarized lenses have a laminated surface containing vertical stripes. These stripes only allow vertically-polarized light to enter the wearer's eyes. Glare is eliminated because the horizontally-polarized lightwaves cannot bypass the polarized filter.
What is UV Protection?
The sun emits ultraviolet radiation which is damaging to the eyes. Lenses with ultraviolet protection prevent that harmful radiation from touching your eyes. Polycarbonate, high index, polarized, and sun-sensitive lenses all automatically contain UV protection. Hard resin lenses need an additional coating to add UV protection. According to United States Federal law, all sunglasses sold in the United States must have UV protection. However, many low-priced sunglasses for sale through street vendors do not comply with this rule. Using tinted lenses without UV protection is extremely damaging to your eyes, because the dark tint causes your pupils to dilate and increases the surface area of your retina that can be damaged by the ultraviolet radiation.
Do you supply a catalog?
No - Because we are continually updating our website, with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.
Cancelled Order?
In the event the order is cancelled before we ship the item, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.. Shipping costs will be refunded completely. The reason behind this process is that once you place an order it goes right to our vendors for shipping and we are not allowed to stop the order.

In the event the layaway order is cancelled. You will be refunded all payments except for the first. Due to us having to order the item we are unable to refund you fully. Shipping costs will be refunded completely. The reason behind this process is that once you place an order it goes right to our vendors for payment and we own the item.
Do you use Stock Pictures?

If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. International Shipping Policy
All items that are sent overseas are shipped with the United States Postal Service. The items are ALL MARKED AS GIFT so that there are NO CUSTOMS FEES , NO DUTIES and NO TAXES. We do all we can to make our international customers happy.
Prescription Orders
All orders for prescription eyeglasses and/or custom lense replacements are considered a special order. Prescription orders do not adhere to the normal 72 hours processing time. Prescription orders may take up to 7 business days to process. We do NOT do refunds or exchanges on Prescription Orders and/or custom lense replacements.
Holiday Extended Returns
All orders placed between 'November 1st 2010 and January 8 2010’ have been extended for returns till January 15th 2010. Time has been extended only. Item must be in original new condition. Orders returned during this period must not arrive any later than 5pm on the 15th of January 2010. Items received after this date that were delayed as a result of the actions or omissions of third parties, including postal organizations, may be accepted at our discretion. However, we advise that you allow at least 5 working days for returns to reach us. All terms and conditions apply as above.
Our Responsibility for 3rd Parties.
We can not be held responsible for merchandise damaged by a third party optical store. If your local optomotrist damages our eyewear in an attempt to install a prescription we are not responsible under any circumstances.
Warranty on Repair Work.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your repaired frames, you may return them,within 90 days to be corrected.

Repair orders are custom orders. We DO NOT do refunds or exchanges on repair related work done to your custom eyewear

Please contact us at support@visionspecialists.org to let us know about the warranty repair and you will be issued a RMA # for the return to our facility for the re-evaluation/correction/re-repair of your item.
