Returns


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them,within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please contact us at visionspecialists@yahoo.com to let us know about the return and you will be issued a RMA #. The item must be in brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.

Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation.
We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.

Please write your name, address, email address, order number, and date you placed the order on a separate piece of paper. Send this information in the package to the following address:

Sometimes its hard to shop on the internet for items. We want to you rest assure that exchanging items that you are not happy with is easy at VisionSpecialists.org . Simply send back the item within 14 days with a short note indicating which item you want to replace with and we will happily make all the neccessary arrangements. If you paid with a credit card we will bill your card for the difference in price or credit your card if there is a credit. Shipping fees will be charged once again. Send to the following address:
