Our 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

At Vision Specialists Corp., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return or exchange your eyeglasses, sunglasses, or sealed contact lenses within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • For exchanges, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers within the continental United States.
  • For returns requesting a refund, a $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if a prepaid return label was provided.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

International Shipping & Returns Policy

International Shipping

  • Customs Declarations: When returning items internationally, please mark the shipment as "Return with no value" on the customs declaration form to avoid delays and additional charges.
  • Shipping Address: A specific return address will be provided once a return authorization form has been completed and approved.
  • Shipping Method: Customers must choose their own courier service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL). We recommend using tracked and insured options. VisionSpecialists.org is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Any customs import duties or taxes related to your return are the customer's responsibility.

Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Submit a return authorization form before returning any items. This ensures proper handling and accurate return instructions.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Report any defective, incorrect, or damaged items within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost or a full refund issued. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Packaging: Securely pack all items to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Weekend Deliveries: Please note that weekend delivery is not available at this time.
