Our 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

At Vision Specialists, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange eligible eyewear within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free from scratches, wear, or damage
  • Returned with the original case, cloth, accessories, and packaging
  • Shipped securely to prevent transit damage

Exchanges (U.S. Customers)

For exchanges, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers within the continental United States.

Returns for Refund

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • A $9 return shipping deduction applies to standard U.S. returns.
  • Refunds are processed at the end of day Friday.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

International Shipping & Returns

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience for our international customers. Please review the following guidelines:

International Returns

  • Customs Declaration: Mark the shipment as "Return with no value" to avoid delays or duties.
  • Return Address: A specific international return address will be provided once your return authorization is approved.
  • Shipping Method: Customers must choose their own courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: These are the responsibility of the customer.

International Return Authorization

All international returns require a return authorization form prior to shipping. This ensures proper processing and correct instructions.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

Once approved, U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated during review.

Weekend Deliveries: Weekend delivery is currently not available.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

Many of our products include a manufacturer warranty against defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period to discuss repair or replacement options.
