At Vision Specialists, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and reliable. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for non-prescription eyewear within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free from scratches, wear, or damage
  • Returned with the original case, cleaning cloth, accessories, and branded packaging
  • Returned with any included tags or labels intact
  • Packed securely to avoid transit damage

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard change-of-mind returns. For incorrect or defective items, see the section below on exchanges and defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom prescription (RX) lenses
  • Customized lens upgrades (tints, coatings, special orders)
  • Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days if:

  • The frame does not fit properly
  • You received the wrong color or size
  • There is a manufacturing defect

We cover shipping costs for exchanges involving incorrect or defective items.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, a partial refund or store credit may be issued instead of a full refund. We will notify you of any adjustment before completing the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or an item with a clear manufacturer defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We will review your case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
