We are committed to delivering your eyewear quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship customer orders.

Order Processing

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Large or special orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your shipping address, we may ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

International:

  • Standard shipping: approximately 7–14 business days
  • Customs processing and local carrier delays may extend delivery times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight/size. Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please try:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Reviewing the shipping address on your order
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

If the package still cannot be located, you may contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation. Once a package is marked as delivered, liability for loss may transfer to the recipient, but we will still assist to the best of our ability.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and the product itself. Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These fees vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
